Audacious Praise, INC.'s ChicaGO REACH Gospel Workshop expects members to maintain a peaceful and respectful learning environment, even when we disagree. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, class, gender, sexual orientation, identity, age, ability, and religion. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in dismissal from the program without refund.

In accordance with CDC and Illinois Public Health & Safety guidelines, I promise to uphold COVID-19 mitigations set in place by ChicaGO REACH Gospel Workshop for in-person activity. I understand that proof of vaccination, mask wearing at all times, hand sanitation, and social distancing of at least 3 feet apart are required of me.

I understand that payment for registration is final after 14 days from the day of payment unless a written request for cancellation is submitted to [email protected].
